It’s official, the "Schools & Communities First" ballot initiative that Alliance San Diego helps lead now has a number: Prop 15!

It is the only measure on the November ballot that will help fund schools and communities across the state. Prop 15 will close a corporate tax loophole that has been in place for 40 years and has caused a chronic underfunding of schools and communities. It will generate $12 billion for California every year, including more than $700 million in San Diego County, ensuring that every school, every community college and every city in the county will have more resources to help communities thrive, especially during these trying times.  Prop 15  also protects small businesses and all residents and their homes.
