Alliance San Diego is saddened by the news that police have shot a resident, Alfred Olango, in El Cajon, CA. This marks another interaction between residents and law enforcement that has resulted in tragedy. We are praying for Mr. Olango's family in this difficult time. We demand an independent investigation conducted by an agency outside of the El Cajon Police Department or sheriff's department.
