Alliance San Diego has partnered with the National Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC) to promote their virtual community dialogue for BIPOC (Black, indigenous, people of color) San Diegans to practice listening to those most affected by systemic racism and injustice in our country on August 13, 2020.

The dialogue, titled “A Path Forward: Listening to Black Voices,” asks what might it be like to participate in a space of deep listening, where our voices are truly valued and heard? White San Diegans are also invited to participate and ask themselves: what would it look like to center our focus on the leadership and voices of BIPOC community members?
