We invite you to join us in celebrating 15 years of shaping and changing the world at Alliance San Diego’s Quinceañera on Thursday, September 29 from 6-9 p.m. at BRICK in the historic Liberty Station. We will spend the evening breaking bread, dancing and reflecting on our impact in San Diego and the Movement at large. Nearly 15 years ago, executive director Andrea Guerrero, civil rights leader Ashley Walker, and several friends started a small nonprofit with a big mission to build an inclusive democracy where all people could achieve their full potential. Over the years, Alliance San Diego has helped historically marginalized people become citizens, voters, engaged community members, and leaders, and has done so at a scale that has fundamentally changed public discourse and public policy to create a democracy where all of us belong.

Fast forward to now, we are standing strong, in solidarity with loyal supporters on the brink of our fifteenth year of social justice badassness. It’s time to pause and celebrate the changes we all helped make. It’s time to honor how far we’ve come and where we’re headed next!
