National City Passes Resolution Supporting Immigrants and SB 54
On Monday, June 19 2017, City Council, led by Mayor Ron Morrison, unanimously voted to adopt a resolution that supports Senate Bill 54. The bill, also known as the "California Values Act" prevents state and local dollars and law enforcement agencies from helping immigration officials separate families and terrorize communities.
