We all want safe neighborhoods, healthy families and good schools for our children, but for nearly four decades, big corporations have not been paying their share, leaving California at the bottom third of U.S. states in quality public education. The Legislative Analyst Office just completed its fiscal analysis of the ballot measure, saying the impact could be up to $12B a year for schools and communities — up from $11 billion.
