We are excited to announce the newest member of the Alliance San Diego team, Mustafa Nizam.

Mustafa will serve Alliance San Diego as the Civic Engagement Manager. Although he was born and raised in Toronto, Canada, he's called San Diego home for the last 30 years. He earned a Bachelors degree in business and marketing from Ashford University. Mustafa's Civic Engagement work began in 2010 with Pillars of the Community. In that capacity, he helped develop the organization to be able to help those in Southeast San Diego who were impacted by the criminal justice system. Today, he continues his work as an advocate for the marginalized communities and is excited to bring his knowledge and experience and to the organization.
