The 2020 Census is still a couple of years away, but work has already started on making sure everybody is counted in California so that our communities are fully represented. Christopher Rice-Wilson, Associate director of Alliance San Diego, spoke on KPBS Midday Edition on the need to ensure all Californians are counted in the 2020 Census. Rice-Wilson sits on the California Complete Count Committee, which seeks to develop a state census strategy for a complete and accurate count of California’s population.
